In his work in the wake of the literature of the subject the author takes the idea that crime is the most threatened group insurance. Crimes related to insurance are the largest group of communication among all criminal provisions and are associated with both the compulsory insurance of civil liability (OC) and autocasco voluntary insurance (AC) and Accident (NW). Fraud motor insurance are made at all stages, from the acquisition and ending with the liquidation and payment of compensation. Returning to our literature, the author of a specialist insurance and using the method of participant observation arising from the fact that employment in the insurance, is an attempt to identify the crime risks in the insurance field of motor insurance and the possibility of reducing them.
