Work begins debate on the scale of crime insurance in Poland, with particular emphasis on areas of insurance. This perspective is enriched by illustration of the volume of scams in the selected countries: Germany, Great Britain, the United States and Australia. Using internal documents WORLD SAA Insurance Company SA, in the second chapter of this work the author discusses the symptoms and mechanisms for selected offenses in motor insurance. In Chapter III, the author considers the possible effects of economic and financial crime, under cover, using their own study based on data from the Central Statistical Office. The final chapter the author dedicates the work to combat crime insurance. At the same time also shows the methods and preventive measures applied to insurance. R.
